Licensed Real Estate Agent - AI Annotation Specialist

Russell Tobin is seeking licensed real estate professionals with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies to support innovative AI and Machine Learning initiatives within the real estate industry. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced real estate agents or brokers who are interested in evaluating AI-generated content, analyzing customer interactions, and contributing to the development of next-generation real estate solutions.

Remote (Must reside in the Seattle, WA area)

Project-Based Contract |

Pay 50$ - 52$

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate annotated data to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met

• Assess AI-generated content, chatbot responses, conversation classifications, and search results for accuracy and human-like quality

• Collaborate with Operations Managers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and Natural Language Processing experts

• Provide feedback and guidance to engineering teams to improve model accuracy and performance

• Develop and maintain annotation guidelines, best practices, and training content

• Create and validate Ground Truth datasets used to train AI models

• Identify gaps in training materials and recommend process improvements

• Support projects involving conversational AI, search evaluation, and language understanding

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of active experience as a licensed real estate agent or broker

• Strong understanding of the residential real estate transaction process

• Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence and experience reviewing or evaluating AI-generated content

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), transcription, localization, or translation projects

• Excellent analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with annotation tools and software used in NLP projects

• Copywriting, UX writing, content development, or brand voice experience

• Experience evaluating machine-generated speech, search results, or search query categorization

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI-powered customer experiences
