Qualifications & Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
• Prior experience in a school-based SLP position strongly desired
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services according to students’ IEPs
• Complete assessments, screenings, and re-evaluations as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and families to maximize students’ success
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
