Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Contract Administrator to our Plantsville, CT team. In this role, you will manage customer contracts, track compliance requirements, support project documentation, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely contract administration. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and maintain customer contracts, service agreements, and related documentation. Track contract terms, renewals, deadlines, and compliance requirements to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate with sales, inspection, service, and accounting departments regarding contract status and updates. Ensure the accuracy of billing terms, insurance requirements, and customer documentation. Maintain organized electronic and physical contract files. Assist with proposal preparation and contract revisions as needed. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Support management with reporting and administrative tasks as needed. Work closely with Account Managers to support ongoing customer relationships and contract execution. Serve as backup to dispatching and other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in contract administration, project coordination, administrative support, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience with service management or ERP software is a plus. Knowledge of the fire protection or service industries preferred but not required. Physical Demands & Work Environment Office environment with moderate noise levels. Mostly sedentary role with the need to move about the office to copy, scan, fax, and file. Consistent use of phone and computer throughout the workday. May require light lifting of storage boxes, packages, or office supplies. The wage for this role is $25.00 to $35.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
