Job Description

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our healthcare team. The selected candidates will start as soon as possible, working a Night 3x12-Hour shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Position Details

First Time Traveler: Yes
Weekend Requirement: 3 out of 6 weekends
Average Daily Census: 105 patients
Rooms/Beds: 20 rooms with 26 beds
Traveler Responsibilities: Cover the Observation Unit for ER hold patients
Years of Experience Required: 1 year
Float Requirement: Yes

Qualifications

California State License: Required (Pending License Not Accepted)
Call Requirement: N/A
Patient Ratios: 4 patients per staff member
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC
Community Hospital Experience: Preferred

Unit Details

Type of Facility: Community Hospital
Scrub Color: Any personal scrubs (No Prints)
Interdisciplinary Support: Includes physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy.
Patient Age Groups: Neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics
Daily Patient Visits: Approximately 135
Support for Emergency Situations: Trauma Level III facility with certifications in Emergency Department and Stroke care

Travelers may need to float between multiple facilities as required. The assigned team will provide any necessary communication devices for job responsibilities. All onboarding modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
