Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Work Schedule Tuesdays – Fridays: 12:30pm – 4:30pm; Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner Process billing information and collect payments as necessary Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 or qualify for a medical or religious accommodation Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Phlebotomy certification, completed training program, or ≥3months of phlebotomy experience Preferred Qualifications ≥1year of phlebotomy experience Phlebotomy certification or training program from an accredited agency Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation Flexibility to work overtime as needed Can pass a standardized color‑blindness test Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
