EHE Quality Function Leader

Main Mission: Deliver and consolidate EE Quality, contributing strongly to Quality issue resolution and robust Vehicle launches Improve Quality Standard, Quality Design Process and grant expected application Main tasks and responsibilities: Project review animations Analyze “customer claim” Technical detail deep dive, with approach based on facts and figures, stimulating the rigorous problemsolving approach Drive the most effective and efficient technical solution, with the most optimized cost repair cycle Guarantee a robust action plan, without deviations Be always align with TOP HAT Quality Manager (Quality status, Issue tracking, Deliverablesachievement) Improve and assess the following Q Processes: DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, Risk Management Drive proactively lessons-learned activities. Grant Lesson Learned and Best Practice definition and improvement, ensure application in current andfuture programs Promote the adoption of best practices, standard templates and harmonized documentation approaches. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience EE technical automotive background with knowledge of EE vehicle architecture, EE System/ Subsystem,EE Component requirements. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package Ability to work using different STLA tools: PLM, Quantic, Lesson Learned, Bulletin, Team Center, Enovia Team working skill, with ability to work with cross-functional teams Project management skills Problem Solving and Issue Management skill Accountability, proactivity, autonomy, target orientation, problem solving Good communication / presentation skills (written and spoken) English language (written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellantisfinancialservices
