Maintains a safe environment and adheres to regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Valid RN license. No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
