Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Assistant

We are a multidisciplinary medical-legal practice seeking a full-time APRN or Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our medical providers. This role focuses on initial patient exams and follow-up appointments , with an emphasis on accurate documentation of diagnoses and ongoing plans of care.

• Record and maintain comprehensive patient medical histories

• Perform physical examinations and clinical assessments

• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests

• Oversee and administer patient treatments

• Monitor and document patient progress and functional outcomes over time

• Full-time: hours per week

• Day shift only no on-call responsibilities

• Salary: (based on experience)

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
