Property & Casualty Insurance Compliance Specialist This role is responsible for monitoring clients’ compliance with general liability and auto liability insurance requirements as set forth in the Client Service Agreement and department‑established risk assessment within the department’s risk management information system (RMIS). It also monitors compliance with insurance requirements of the client‑retained worker’s compensation program. Responsibilities Monitors clients’ compliance with general liability, auto liability, and client‑maintained workers compensation insurance requirements as appropriate, as set forth in client service agreements and related addenda. Maintains accurate copies of clients’ insurance certificates in the department’s RMIS. Maintains other client‑related information regarding contractual compliance within the department’s risk management information system and reports to supervisor accordingly. Provides guidance to internal and external customers regarding questions or concerns regarding required client‑maintained coverages and related insurance certificates. Works closely with department management to request any necessary exceptions to these requirements. Determines if new clients are required to provide Insperity with AL/GL certificates during the onboarding process through hazard ratings associated with NAICS/SIC codes. Assists in worker’s compensation class code audits, as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Five to seven years of insurance agency or carrier experience is preferred. Property & Casualty license is preferred. Other Details Travel: Up to 5% of time.
