RN Wound Care Coordinator - Skin Health Lead

FutureCare is seeking a Wound Care Coordinator to provide skin care for residents, focusing on prevention and treatment of skin disorders. You will be part of our frontline care team and play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and evaluating skin care programs across the facility. The role requires an active Maryland RN license with wound care certification, and prior SNF experience is preferred.
