Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sponsorship sales for MLB teams and managed a concert venue, bringing a unique, people-focused and sales-driven background into the business. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
