Job Summary Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Key responsibilities include supervising radiology procedure staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality control, managing staffing, maintaining PI data, and supporting the hospital’s strategic and performance improvement plans. Responsibilities Supervise staff in all duties of a radiology procedure on a direct or indirect basis. Ensure compliance with Florida Office of Radiation Control and other regulatory requirements. Maintain quality control as defined by relevant agencies. Ensure completion of all required work at the end of the tour. Meet staffing requirements for departments. Provide all necessary PI data as required on the departmental PI plan. Demonstrate behavior consistent with HCA Florida Osceola Hospital core values. Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date. Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R). Minimum of 3 years experience as a Radiology Diagnostic Technologist. Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist. Associate Degree or vocational school graduate. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Prior supervisory experience desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
