Formed through the merger of Elsmere Education and Human Capital Research Corporation, HCE offers data-driven solutions and transparent partnerships that help institutions turn insights into action and thrive in a changing higher ed landscape.We are seeking an Enrollment Coach (EC) who will empower students to identify and achieve their educational, personal, and professional goals. The EC will focus on building relationships with prospective students, providing programmatic and institutional information, and communicating unique value propositions. The EC will utilize a consultative, solution-based approach to guide students through the admissions process – working with students from point of inquiry through enrollment.
