Job Description

Reason for the need – primarily focused on network and operational report for the SoCal Perm Medical Group. They have a number of regulatory reports that are due out and the current team is at capacity.

• Bachelors Required
• 5 years exp
• SQL Server – where they store the data
• SAS Enterprise Guide
• Tableau
• MS Access
• Database development
• Reporting and dashboard development
• Good communication, proactive, quick learner
• Complex environment
• Data modeling
• Normalized and relational data modeling
• Web Based visual layer to see trends
• Not responsible for analyzing the data
• Sourcing, storage and the presentation layer – the sourcing is underway (ETL), storage is in fairly good shape, the presentation layer is where the big opportunity there
• Do not need a DBA to manage the servers, but if someone has prior DBA experience that's a plus. Organizing the storage (SQL Server)
• Ability to interface with the business
• Prior regulatory exp is just nice to have. Managing info about their provider network. Where they are located, what they offer, credentials, etc
