As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you will play a vital role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.

About the Role:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA therapy services in one-on-one and group settings

• Collecting and recording data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment

• Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Ideal Candidate:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required

• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental needs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for providing high-quality care and support to children and families
