We are team players, with a commitment to continuous learning, who provide quality service and products to our customers through true craftsmanship.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain Positional Responsibilities While Ensuring Guest SatisfactionAssemble a wide range of menu items.Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.Meet Speed and accuracy goals.Ring up orders quickly and accurately.Know our menu.Help customers with questions or requests.Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.Step in and support your manager and fellow team members.Demonstrate professional behavior to cafe team as well as to guests.Uphold Food Safety standards.Adhere to day-to-day cafe systems and processes.Follow company policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment.Working Conditions:This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.This role requires the ability to keep cool under pressure and interact with multiple types of people in a calm and fair manner.While performing this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and hear in a loud environment.Must be able to lift 40lbs.Role requires standing for extended periods of time with a break, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, stretching and ability to use a step ladder.Qualifications:You enjoy working with people and food.You want to partner with a fun, energized team that can work hard and laugh often.You like the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry.You work well under pressure.You are committed to food safety and health safety.You are passionate about our Guiding Values and Behaviors.Minimum age - 16 years of age.Warmth for guests: Making people smile.??ld thoughts, brave actions: Learning, growing, and taking risks.Own it: Finding solutions and taking initiative.Win together: Working (and winning) as a spire and celebrate: Having fun and celebrating success.Rooted in respect: Seeing the best in others.
