Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client challenges.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques that cater to the unique needs of your clients.

• Set therapeutic goals with clients, facilitating progress tracking and adjustments to therapy approaches as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide remote counseling services, ensuring continuity of care for clients unable to attend in-person sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Desert View Psychiatry, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 80,000 and 101,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
