Credentialing Supervisor

Leading a remote team, the full-time Credentialing Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the credentialing process, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards while managing performance metrics and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities Coordinate with the Director of Compliance to align departmental initiatives and operational targets Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and compliance of provider enrollment and credentialing processes Implement continuous process improvements and maintain contractual credentialing information for all networks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience Preferred experience in the dental field and supervisory roles Working knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations and credentialing standards Understanding of dental insurance products and industry trends Proven experience in process and project management
