The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the deal execution process, from creating essential documents to managing the day-to-day workflow of active transactions. A genuine interest in deal execution and a commitment to developing junior talent are also essential for this position. As a Vice President, the role involves collaborating with senior team members, leading the creation of various deal-related materials, and maintaining high-quality client service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex transactions, be adept at communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and be prepared to mentor and train junior bankers throughout the M&A process.
