Laborist Nocturnist (OB/GYN) | Full-Time

Location: Renton

A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Renton, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Laborist Nocturnist (OB/GYN) to join its collaborative Women's Health team. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources.

The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

Position Overview

Provide overnight in-house Labor & Delivery coverage

Manage obstetric triage, admissions, and emergency OB/GYN cases

Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as needed

Provide backup support to Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Medicine OB providers

Respond to urgent surgical and obstetric emergencies

Collaborate closely with anesthesia, pediatrics, and nursing teams

Ensure safe, high-quality maternal and fetal care during overnight hours

This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys high-acuity obstetrics, team collaboration, and focused hospital-based practice without outpatient responsibilities.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Eligible for Washington State medical licensure

Active/Eligible DEA registration

Experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred, but strong new graduates welcome
