CNC Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for a part-time machine operator with availability on either our weekend or weekday shift. Weekend employees receive an additional $3/hr shift differential. Purpose Reliable and safety-focused CNC Machine Operator with hands-on experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment. Skilled in basic machine operation, part handling, inspection, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality, teamwork, and following standard work instructions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load raw materials and unload finished parts from CNC machines Start machine cycles and monitor operations for normal function Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Deburr, clean, and prepare parts according to work instructions Follow job travelers, work instructions, and quality requirements Identify and report quality concerns or machine issues to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards) Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Support overall production flow and team objectives Qualifications/Requirements Understanding of print reading and of print reading. Experienced understanding and awareness of measurement tool usage (Gage pins, calipers, micrometers, etc.) Prior manufacturing or CNC experience preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
