They generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events. ERCs cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities, create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer, participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs, and proactively search for, act upon potential opportunities./ppERCs work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, first responders, and community leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERCs are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings./ppWe are an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. The ERC will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner./ppTeam compensation and benefits include an ongoing leadership development program and industry events, one on one mentorship, three months of structured training to learn the Paul Davis way, access to Paul Davis University and regular training opportunities, a cell phone and computer provided by the company, company vehicle and gas reimbursement, PTO and sick days with a flexible schedule, base plus commission. Our current ERCs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on their production. No limit to earning potential./ppTeam qualifications (requirements) include the ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most, proficiency with a variety of current technology, career emphasis on learning and continuing education, sound planning and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record required, and relevant experience./ppRole on the team (job functions) includes being familiar with assigned territory, responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulating the use and need, monitoring, interpreting, and responding to lead sources, establishing and maintaining positive relationships in the local community, volunteering non-operational time to related community events, on-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled, marketing, achieving and remaining current in required certifications, providing emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner, and supporting franchisee and franchisor organizational mission, vision, and value statement./ppSkills desired of team member include being self-motivated to get results, loves working people in need of assistance, is organized, but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time, excellent communication skills, thrives under high-stress situations, enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and has a servants heart to take care of others./ppBefore you can take the field: working conditions and physical requirements. The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions.
