Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions to identify urgent needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with pending NM/Compact license approval prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required; NIH certification preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with flexibility for weekend shifts.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must pass fingerprints and travel compliance requirements.
