Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in Kansas City. This role provides comprehensive legal support for logistics, procurement, sales, IT, and operations. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, the Counsel manages outside counsel and executes compliance training. The ideal candidate is a U.S. Qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of experience and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
