We are looking for an experienced, Full-Time General Manager that can uphold our service standards and drive business by taking care of our Guests and Staff. We would like a leader that can drive top-line sales and deliver bottom-line results! MUST have at least two (2) years of experience in a FULL-SERVICE Restaurant (to include Beer & Spirits)! Responsibilities (will include but not limited to): Accountable for all facets of service, production, quality, and controls Ensure the smooth, efficient, ad profitable daily functions of the Restaurant Recruit, Hire, Train, Schedule, and manage Staff; providing feedback and performance reviews to foster a motivated and competent Team Manage food and supply inventory, place orders, and implement cost-saving measures to control expenses Ensure high Customer Satisfaction by handling complaints/concerns, resolving issues that arise, and maintaining excellent Customer Satisfaction and Service Standards Monitor Sales and Expenses to achieve profitability targets Supervising daily shift operations Develop and implement Marketing Strategies to attract and retain Customers and promote the restaurant Ensure the Restaurant and Staff adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for Guests and Staff Uphold strict standards for food quality from preparation to presentation Coordinating daily front of house restaurant operations Review Labor and Tips on a weekly basis so it is always correct and ready to submit to Payroll Ensure Staff is always in compliance with licensing, health and safety requirements Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to improve the dining experience and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Previous experience in Full-Service Restaurant Management is required (at least 2 years) Must have On-Site DABS, Food Handler's Strong knowledge of Food Handling and Safety Regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Have a positive attitude Proficient in Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software Ability to effectively manage a Team in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for providing exceptional Customer Service Flexibility to work Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays GARAGE GRILL DRAPER / HERRIMAN offers Health Insurance / Dental Insurance after thirty (30) days of Full-Time Employment with a 50% contribution towards Health Insurance calculated at a Bronze Plan.
