Scheduling Coordinator – Entry Level
TESIM Electric is looking for an organized, dependable team member to help coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication that support project teams. This full-time, entry-level opportunity is a strong fit for someone ready to learn, contribute, and build a career with a growing electrical contractor. What you will do• Maintain calendars, meeting schedules, and routine schedule updates.
• Coordinate meeting details and follow up on action items.
• Keep scheduling information organized and communicate changes clearly. What you bring
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organization and communication.
• Comfort with calendars, spreadsheets, and office software.
