Evaluates communication skills and develops individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals. Implements therapy plans and collaborates with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote academic, social, and functional success. Maintains accurate documentation and monitors student progress. Ensures compliance with special education requirements while fostering positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
