The ideal candidate will assist in manufacturing and production operations while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Assemble, pack, label, and inspect products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area Follow production schedules and meet daily targets Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Load and unload materials as needed Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors Assist with inventory handling and material movement when required Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs if required Basic communication and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and punctuality We appreciate all applicants for their interest in joining our team.
