Job Title: Social Content Coordinator - Beauty Brand Job Overview Our client is hiring for a well established beauty brand primarily based in the Los Angeles area. The Social Content Coordinator will become an integral part of a vibrant creator marketing team. This role is crucial in the team's swiftly growing department. The Social Content Coordinator will be a detail-oriented and well-organized individual who can effectively recruit creators to generate UGC content for the brand. A genuine enthusiasm for beauty and TikTok is essential! Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with nano creators, negotiating compensation. Maintain a detailed database and manage product shipments through our warehouse. Develop comprehensive campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and creator agreements. Discover and select new talent for various campaigns. Work closely with internal teams, including brand, legal, and strategy, to ensure smooth campaign execution and necessary approvals. Track and analyze post/ad performance metrics across social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Recommend new creators that align with brand goals. Perform market research to stay current with best practices and new trends. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing. Strong passion for influencer marketing, beauty trends, and pop culture. Competent in tracking, monitoring, and analyzing data. Proficient with Google Drive (creating presentations, managing spreadsheets). A self-motivated individual capable of prioritizing multiple projects. Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and relationship-building abilities. Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Outstanding communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude. Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
