**The opportunity**: Own the design vision for mission-critical supply chain systems while being part of a collaborative design team that's establishing design excellence across Stord's platform. If you're energized by operational complexity and love helping engineers understand the human side of logistics software, this role will challenge and fulfill you.**3+ years of product design experience** with at least 1 years designing complex B2B or operational software**Complex system design** - Experience designing for multi-step workflows, exception handling, and data-heavy interfaces**User research skills** - Proven ability to conduct field research, usability testing, and translate insights into design**Modern design tools** - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component libraries**Storytelling ability** - You can paint a picture of the user's world that gets engineering teams emotionally invested* You've designed for logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or field service applications* You have experience designing for mobile scanners, tablets, or other specialized hardware* You've worked in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments with rapid iteration cycles* You've conducted user research in operational environments (warehouses, distribution centers, etc.)* You have a portfolio that shows your ability to simplify complex workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
