This role involves maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, supporting kitchen staff with their needs, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations./ppReporting Structure Reports to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Executive Chef/ppDay to Day/pulliOperate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glassware./liliEnsure items are cleaned, sanitized, and dried before returning to their storage area./liliMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including proper disposal of waste and recycling./liliAssist kitchen staff by providing clean and sanitized equipment and utensils as needed./liliHelp with food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef or kitchen supervisors./liliMonitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions./liliFollow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and sanitation procedures for all kitchen equipment and dishwashing chemicals./liliEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to food safety and cleanliness./liliParticipate in regular cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces./liliAssist with organizing and storing kitchen supplies and equipment./liliSupport fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment./liliBe proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service./liliAddress and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery./liliComplete additional duties as assigned by management./li/ulpAdditional Duties/pulliDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./liliFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./liliFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./liliTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./liliAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./liliAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./liliWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./li/ulh3About You/h3pPreferred/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliPrior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role./liliProficient communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3pMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./ppAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./ppCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./ppAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./ppEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./ph3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3pDishwasher/ppKitchen knives (1-5 lbs.)/ppPots, pans, and other food storage containers (5 - 50 lbs.)/ppMop and Mop Bucket (5-20 lbs.)/ppTrash Cans (10-50 lbs.)/ph3Work Schedule/h3pAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./ppAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./ph3What We Offer/h3pWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
