Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler position available in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized pediatric surgical care in a Level 1 Trauma facility, requiring strong Spine and Neuro experience. Candidates must bring their active RN license on the first day of assignment. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, starting June 23, 2026, with potential for flexible scheduling based on departmental needs.

Job Details:

• Location: Aurora, Colorado
• Specialty: Operating Room Pediatrics Only
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, including shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with potential shifts such as 09002100, 11002300, 15000300, and 19000700. Minimum hours per week: 36.0
• Required Qualifications: Active registered nurse (RN) license from the state or a compact license, associate degree in nursing (ADN), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and previous operating room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility. Pediatric experience and strong Spine & Neuro skills are required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Willingness to float to off-shift hours as needed, and flexibility with rotating shifts.
• Additional Information: No request for time off within the first two weeks of assignment is permitted; work schedule and hours may change based on departmental needs; off-shift and weekend work may be required; on-call duties are part of the role with a required response time of 30 minutes.
• Travel Requirements: Yes, travel rate is $110.00 per hour; local rate is $99.00 per hour. The position includes responsibilities for on-call and possibly reassignments within 35 miles of the original facility. No floating or reassignments are guaranteed beyond specified conditions.
