About the Position Position/Specialty: MedSurg RN Shift: 4x12s, Nights 7p-7:30a Ratios: 1:6-7, Staffing plan supports 1:6 normal ratios but if there is an unplanned absence that can't be covered the unit will flex to 1:7 Weekend REQ (Y/N): Yes, every other weekend Is on-call REQ?
