Local Driver Job Overview

Guaranteed pay that adds up. Earn a $250 per day minimum, with per-run pay of $60 loaded and $40 empty; or 75CPM, whichever pays more.*
A schedule you can actually plan around. Run Monday-Friday on 10-12 hour shifts, home every day with weekends off. Multiple shifts available.
Freight that's ready when you are. Runs are 99% preloaded, cutting wait time so you can get moving faster, staying local within a 150-mile radius of Kansas City.

Benefits and Perks

Paid to get started. Earn $500 in orientation pay* and $500 sign-on bonus before you even start your first run.
Coverage that backs you up. Full company benefits including medical, PTO, and holiday pay.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
6 months recent OTR driving experience
Must live within 50 miles of Kansas City, MO
Must meet all FMCSA/DOT driver regulations
