This is a full-time position. The right person is a customer service oriented and committed to providing a great experience at the store and honesty and positively selling to our guests. Don't let the location fool you, we are only 12 minutes from Lakewood! As a Service Advisor, you will spend the majority of your day working directly with our customers, advising them on their vehicle's tire and automotive service needs. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty and maximizing sales. Our store has a great reputation and we want to hire someone to help build on that reputation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service! Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the best guest experience Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues Keep up to date through training and vendor publications Adhere to the Big O Tire policies and procedures Assist other sales or service associates as needed in an effort to exceed our customers' expectations Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building and perimeter areas Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking Maintain showroom merchandise Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures Sales of tires and service-related needs
