• $40 per visit (full time) or $35 per visit (part time)
• $100 Start of Care, $75 Resumption of Care, $60 Recertification
• Weekly pay every Friday

(Full-time benefits; part-time eligible for medical coverage and mileage reimbursement) What you'll do

• Provide skilled home-based nursing care to patients managing behavioral health conditions alongside their physical health needs
• Complete assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team and physician
• Educate patients and families on medication management, safety planning, and coping strategies
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and case managers to support the whole person
• Recognize and respond appropriately to behavioral health crises in the home setting

What we're looking for

• Active RN license in Oklahoma
• Previous behavioral health nursing experience required
• Home health experience preferred
• CPR certification
• Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and genuine compassion for patients facing complex needs
