Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianTrillium Professional is now seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians (Level II/III) in Houston, TX!We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations across two nearby facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Repair and maintain welding machines, wire feeders, overhead cranes, and other production equipmentTroubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsPerform maintenance on 480V/230V 3-phase systems, MCCs, VFDs, and low-voltage controlsMaintain and service air compressorsSupport general facility maintenance and respond to equipment issuesCollaborate with production teams, contractors, and vendorsSchedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, rotating Saturdays as needed (overtime not guaranteed). Pay rate is $25–$30/hour depending on experience.Additional Details:Work performed across two nearby locations in HoustonMust be flexible and comfortable moving between sites as neededQualifications:3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsMust have own hand toolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditionsStrong communication skills; English required (Spanish a plus)Trillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
