Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire PT license required to start the assignment. Candidate must be able to obtain or hold appropriate license for any facility location assigned within the state. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required by client. Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred. Experience with standard PT equipment and procedures, including gait training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and use of mobility assistive devices. Ability to document in electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Willingness to float between assigned facilities within the region, including split coverage with nearby towns.
