Medical Assistant

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs
Prepare patients for examinations and assist healthcare providers during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Perform basic laboratory tasks, including venipuncture and specimen collection
Utilize electronic health record systems to document patient information

What We Need To See

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting
Diploma from a medical assistant program accredited by a recognized body
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Proficiency in electronic health records, with experience in Epic preferred

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
