Food Production Associate

Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations at a food production facility, including ingredient preparation, production processes, packaging, and sanitation.

Create and verify ingredient labels for scheduled production

Weigh and prepare ingredients for daily production

Add, mix, and cook ingredients according to procedures

Fill finished products into containers

Package completed products

Clean and sanitize machinery and equipment

Perform other duties as assigned

Basic knowledge of food manufacturing or production (1+ year preferred)

Basic understanding of production/process management

Basic machine operation skills

Basic math skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsible and reliable work ethic

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Ability to perform standing work and physical labor

Teamwork and communication skills

English: Business level or higher

Spanish and/or Japanese: Preferred

6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime may be required)

Production Manager / Department Manager / Plant Manager

$19–$23/hour (Non-exempt, based on experience)
