Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Maintenance & Payroll

Ergon, Inc. is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Corporate Maintenance department in the Vicksburg, Mississippi area. The role requires about 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule within standard hours and payroll processing on Mondays.
You will support Rotating Equipment, Fired Equipment, and I&E divisions, enter time in Kronos, manage Clockify work orders, and coordinate PPE, calibrations, and expenses. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
