Overview At Gallagher, we’re passionate about helping small businesses thrive. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Small Business Team. In this full-time hybrid role, you’ll work closely with clients to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions and build lasting relationships. How you'll make an impact Manage and nurture relationships with a high-volume book of Small Business Clients (less than 10 FTEs). Guide clients through the benefits renewal process, helping them optimise their Employee Benefits Program. Use tools like Excel and PowerPoint to create efficient, high-quality client deliverables. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Gallagher services, such as Retirement Planning, Voluntary Benefits, and HR Consulting. Conduct virtual client presentations and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally. Stay informed on industry trends and challenges through training and professional development. Uphold ethical standards and promote the Gallagher Way in all interactions. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred: Appropriate Health & Life licensing required Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
