New box truck fleet is hiring CDL-A drivers now! This is a local, home-daily position offering consistent routes and a reliable schedule.

This Local Walmart Fleet Offers:

• Home daily - 5-day work week
• Drivers average $79,530 annually - top drivers earn up to $108,732 per year*
• Hourly pay
• Pay guarantee - based on availability**
• Band Pay:
• 0-99 miles: earn $73.82 - $107.82
• 100-199 miles: earn $131.57 - $150.21
• 200-299 miles: earn $169.73 - $190.22
• 300-399 miles: earn $211.77 - $234.47
• 400-499 miles: earn $258.44 - $283.78
• 500+ miles: earn 56.5 CPM
• No-touch pre-loaded freight
• Bonus opportunities

(**Drivers must be available to work five days to receive the $1,375 guaranteed pay, which is equivalent to $275 per day)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current experience required
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen

Route Details:

We are looking for dependable drivers to join our team! If you have what it takes to service one of our dedicated customers with the highest degree of customer service and integrity, we want to speak with you.

• Drivers will be home daily!
• No-touch freight with live unload at the delivery location. Drivers deliver pre-loaded trucks and return empty to the point of origin
• Routes originate from Pottsville, PA; Smyrna, DE; and Baltimore, MD, with deliveries to Philadelphia, PA
• Deliveries into Philadelphia are typically scheduled between 4:00 AM and 1:00 PM
• Drivers are expected to remain open and available based on business needs, including weekends
• 5-day schedule, including weekends - sixth workday may be available based on business needs
• Drivers must have their own transportation to commute to work daily
