Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $23 $25 per hour, based on experience Monthly bonus structure Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental insurance Schedule Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!) Hours are 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch. Responsibilities As an integral member of our dental team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Chairside assistance supporting the dentist during a variety of procedures Temporary crown fabrication crafting quality temporaries with precision Patient care coordination ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit X-ray taking capturing accurate diagnostic images Digital and traditional impressions assisting with both modern and conventional impression techniques Sterilization duties maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment Composite and amalgam procedures assisting with restorative treatments Requirements 1+ year of dental assisting experience DANB X-ray Certification (required) A positive, team-first attitude Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Toothio
