Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually Additional Benefits: Discretionary bonus and equity opportunities Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for professional development and career growth Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of new and renewal business, focusing on entertainment packages, property, inland marine, general liability, automobile, umbrella, and workers' compensation lines. Develop and negotiate pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions for all new and renewal accounts. Collaborate with underwriters, operations, claims, loss control, marketing, regulatory, and senior management to deliver innovative solutions. Implement and manage effective pricing and rate strategies to ensure profitability and book growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key producers, clients, and other stakeholders. Drive new business development and maintain successful producer relations. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience, preferably in entertainment multi-line packages, including film and television. Proven sales and marketing capabilities with a track record of closing deals. Demonstrated success in marketing, producer management, and new business development. Strong risk analysis skills and experience handling complex accounts. Proficiency in the underwriting process and ability to collaborate effectively with an Underwriting Assistant. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, producers, and internal teams. In-depth knowledge of technical issues, compliance, coverage, products, and pricing strategies. Adaptability and creativity in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
