Build meaningful relationships, uncover new opportunities, and drive business through community engagement and referrals—all while earning rewards for your success.Key ResponsibilitiesSales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG ? branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high ? traffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG's insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross ? sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value.Required Qualifications:Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales licenseActive State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hireMust qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.High School diploma or equivalent1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)Insurance experience is helpful—but not required .We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the roleExperience That Sets You Up for SuccessSales Execution & Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking, follow ? up, pipeline management, and accountability for achieving and exceeding performance goals.Consultative Selling & Customer Discovery: Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge, strong listening skills, and the ability to quickly assess customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and deliver tailored value.Prospecting & Business Development: Proven ability to generate new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, networking, and other business ? development efforts.Communication & Customer Mindset: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer ? first mindset and confidence in guiding sales conversations.Sales Technology & Tools: Proficient in leveraging technology to support sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Work EnvironmentWork in a temperature controlled AAA branch locationAbility to work varied hours, including possible weekendsSome travel to local events may be requiredCompensation & Benefits OverviewACG complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding required benefits (including PTO, paid sick leave, etc.).Deeper Dive into Pay & IncentivesBuild a rewarding sales career with the stability of base pay, performance-based earning potential, and support to grow, with additional career path options available if entrepreneurship is part of your long-term goals.Base pay (non-exempt)Average First Year Earnings $55,000 - $70,000+ (First-year, based on performance)Additional CompensationRamp-up support $5,000 (processed 30 and 60 days of employment )Supplemental Pay for six months: $200/week during months 0–2, $150/week during months 3–4, and $100/week during months 5–6Performance IncentivesElevated commission structure during the first 15 monthsNew Hire On ? Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays.
