Salary: $70,000 annually Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Required: Valid in-state driver's license What You'll DoAs Maintenance Manager, you'll provide overall leadership for the Center's facility maintenance operations, including:Oversee daily facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenanceLead, train, schedule, and hold Maintenance staff accountable for quality workManage the computerized work order system and ensure repairs are completed on timeOversee outside contractors, subcontracted work, scopes of work, and project qualitySupport budgeting, facility planning, energy conservation, and department resourcesIdentify facility concerns and ensure safety and quality standards are maintainedCoordinate maintenance projects with Center leadership and other departmentsSupervise and train Work-Based Learning students and student workers assigned to MaintenanceThe goal isn't simply to fix what's broken—it's to keep our campus running and prevent problems before they happen. Apply today to join Glenmont Job Corps Center!QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent REQUIREDAssociate of Arts Degree from an accredited school or technical certification preferred.Three to five years experience in facility/maintenance supervisory capacity and Electrician, HVAC or Plumbing license preferred.Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing,carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.“Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
