About the Role

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to create tailored therapy strategies that support their functional abilities
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Health Professionals: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic and inclusive care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on effective therapy practices to ensure sustained progress beyond clinical settings
• Track Progress and Adapt Approaches: Monitor clinical results and modify therapies as necessary to keep patients on their paths to recovery

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional education or additional certifications are welcomed and encouraged

Licensure Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
