As an Esthetician, you will provide exceptional spa services while ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing, personalized experience. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Fulfill the needs of guests by understanding their goals and recommending appropriate treatments and products. Provide the highest standard of facials, waxing treatments, threading, and makeup applications in accordance with established procedures. Stay up-to-date on the most current and emerging skincare procedures and treatments. Maintain expert product and service knowledge with complete understanding of all spa services offered. What You’ll Bring A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to change. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous experience in threading, waxing, and facial services. Up-to-date licensing and certifications as required by state regulations.
