HUD Property Manager

Lutheran Social Services seeks a HUD Property Manager to oversee daily operations of HUD-subsidized housing in a mission-driven, client-centered setting. This role manages leasing, eligibility, and recertifications; ensures full compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, and local regulations; and maintains accurate resident and program records. The manager coordinates inspections, maintenance, and vendors while fostering a safe, respectful community. Working closely with LSS teams and external partners, this position connects residents to supportive services and contributes to stable, quality housing that advances dignity and social justice.
